We have recently open a Biltong shop within the nursery, Jon is the main man here, he is a chef with international experience and high food safety standards. our meat is sourced from a number of providers but most notably is the Aberdeen Angus direct from the midlands, it has superior taste and notable marbling! come in for a taste or even just a chat to get some advise on your home cooking!
